ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE OF SHAREHOLDING COMPANY
Shareholding companies have the right to select one of the following organization structures:
NOTE: In case that there are less than 11 shareholders who are individuals or organizations owning less than 50% of company’s shares, it is not required to have a Board of Supervisors
MODEL 2:
General assembly of shareholders, Board of directors, Director/Director-General
NOTE: At least 20% of the members of the Board of Directors must be independent members and Board of Directors must include an internal Auditing Board. Independent members supervise and organize supervisory for managing the company.
